Join me for an experiential and fun class coming up! You will learn all about the wonderful evergreen trees (pine, redwood + more) growing near you and how to make some good herbal medicine through ethical wildcrafting and foraging.
We will go over the ethics and important considerations for wild foraging from evergreen trees, as well as wild herbs and plants. And then you will get to walk and connect with some powerfully medicinal trees, herbs and plants growing in plain sight.
You will learn how to ethically wildcraft resin from a tree to make skin and wound healing salves, and also how to harvest new fir tips to make a highly medicinal tea if you choose.

Everything has a deep and powerful energy to it, and in our modern world that remembrance has been mostly lost. Marketing is often dreaded and deeply challenging because we’ve forgotten the potential it holds, and viewed it as separate from the “core” work many of us love.
Many forms of marketing are full of so many challenges that it is no wonder why we don’t want to do it. But there is another way to share who we are and what we are offering that doesn’t manipulate, trick or coerce folks into signing up for our offerings or products. Many of the forms of marketing that are popular (and unfortunately very effective) play on feelings of unworthiness and lack. This is especially true in the wellness spaces.
Together we will dive in deep to remember that marketing is actually magic.
It is an art that helps you tell a story to captivate, excite, delight, educate or inspire others. And with any good form of magic there are some ingredients that are essential.

You’re invited to join in this circle of connection that will change your relationship with the moon (and life) forever.
Connecting to the cycles of the moon is both mystical, and practical. When we wake up to the cycles moving us inside and out, we wake up to the magic of our lives here on earth even more. Connecting with the moon brings us back to a greater belonging, and ties us to the mystery of the ebb and flow of life more palpably.
The moon changes which astrological sign it moves through in the sky every approximate 28 days as well, and this is also one reason why certain moons are associated with different things (and even characteristics).
We’ll gather and celebrate the magic of the 12 moons of the year beginning at the spark and start of the astrological wheel in the sign of Aries. Our time together will close with the New Moon in Pisces. Journeying around the full cycle of 12 moons will create an awareness and deepening in you that simply cannot happen without moving through the full astrological cycle of moons in the year.
We’ll come together for a ritual at every moon around the time of the New or Full moon, and you’ll receive embodied practices to connect with different phases of the lunar cycle.
We’ll discuss the different astrological signs associated with each moon, and you’ll learn how to drop into these energies for yourself to learn from the moon directly.
Our first and last gatherings will happen at HAUM in the Haight, and each circle after will meet at a location in golden gate park.

We’ll journey deeply with one plant at a time. Each month you will receive tips and invitations to connect with each plant including different herbal preparations, and exercises to open up your gateways of perception to communicate with and commune directly.

Every holiday on our modern calendar is connected to deep and ancient earth wisdom. The wisdom is still here waiting for us to return home, to remember. We’ll gather at the four sacred and potent initiatory earth calendar holidays, or sabbats, on the Wheel of the Year.
The initiatory holidays are often overlooked, unknown, or a mystery in our modern times. At these sacred thresholds, approximately six weeks before the Solstices or Equinoxes, the seasons begin to shift in subtle ways. Paying attention is one key to our awakening of ancient earth wisdom that holds depth for our modern lives.
