When I became a yoga teacher I knew I had to figure out a way to do this work full time...
In 2011 my life completely changed as I went through a divorce, and I decided to finally do a yoga teacher training in Greece which had been on my bucket list for years. At the time I was a full time marketing professional, but I didn't feel completely aligned to my work. And I was starting to get sick literally from the intense client load and demanding nature of the business I was in.
When I returned from yoga teacher training I knew I had to figure out a way to align my passion with my professional background. I began to work as a yoga teacher on the side, and started doing marketing for a large group of yoga studios in San Francisco. This was just the beginning of my journey.
Today I teach yoga classes both publicly and privately, and LOVE that I also get to do marketing for some of the most incredible teachers, entrepreneurs, studios and healers of all kinds.
Yoga was the catalyst to help me step into my life fully present with an open heart. I knew it was my path to bring my knowledge of marketing and business to those that really need it, and make a real impact.
As a teacher my goal is to help you bring more balance, strength and ease into your life as yoga has done for me. In class with me whether we are building strength, flexibility or completely unwinding you can expect a connection to the season and elements, plus an exploration of your patterns of tension, fatigue and stress in your body and mind.
I am so grateful for the teachings of Abby Tucker, Holly Rhiannon, Katchie Ananda, Sara Avant Stover, Shiva Rea, Gloria Latham, plus meditation teachers Matthew Brensilver and Vinny Ferraro as well as the radical Rev Zoe Inman for the continuous learning on this path.
